What is the best factory bed car?

When it comes to the design of fast cars, the Association of Automobile Enthusiasts can go two ways. One side wants a sleek glamorous style and enough noise to wake up the next county. The other end of the spectrum is full of very delicate cars that can pass unnoticed by anyone. They are called sleepers and many brands have created spectacles. Which of these plant sleepers is the best in history?

In general, the concept of sleep is very simple. This is a fast invisible car. For example, my Ford Flex Limited and its brother, the Ford Taurus SHO, both look like heated milk toasts, but each has 350 hp. (261 kW) is very fast thanks to the twin-turbo V6.

None of this is worth considering here, as we are looking for the best factory sleepers. This task may also require a deep dive, as sleepers are already available. One of the most popular is the 1987 Buick GNX, which was decorated with a ruler and was not a big V8, but a V6.

Of course, this V6 engine has a turbocharger and as a unit it produces 276 hp. (205 kW) and 360 pound-feet (487 Nm) of torque. This is not the only case of factory sleepers made in America. The Mercury Marauder has a few more curves and a V8, which is rated at 302 hp. (225 kW) and it is very difficult to kill.

Another American car brand, Chevrolet, sold the SS for a short time. The sedan was made by the Australian brand Holden before it was shipped here. While this is not very surprising, it is 415 hp away from the Corvette. (309 kW) assembled a large 6.2-liter V8, which can also be obtained with a manual transmission.

There are countless others we can mention. Lotus Carlton may be our choice. Everyone except the most observant people will notice the Carlton while driving, but they may not realize that it is the fastest sedan on earth in a short time due to its 377 speed. a.k.a. (281 kW) Six with three 3.6-liter turbocharged.

So what do you think? Who was the best sleeper to release the car manufacturer’s production line?
