According to the leaked document, the 2022 Mahindra Scorpio is 4662 mm long, 1917 mm wide and 1870 mm high. Its wheelbase is 2750 mm. This makes it much larger than the current version. The upcoming SUV is 206 mm longer and 97 mm wider than the current Scorpio. It even has a wheelbase 70 mm longer. It is wider than the XUV700 and is 27 mm and 115 mm high, respectively. Moreover, its wheelbase is the same. In addition, the upcoming SUV is even bigger than the Tata Safari. It is much longer, 23 mm wide and 84 mm high. It offers an even 9mm longer wheelbase.

Larger sizes will definitely turn into a spacious cabin. In addition to many modern features, the interior of the Scorpio N should be much higher than what the modern SUV offers. Unlike the XUV700, the new Mahindra Scorpio N does not offer ADAS.

Like the Mahindra XUV700 and the latest Mahindra Thar, the Mahindra Scorpio N will be available with both petrol and diesel engines. The first will be a 2.0-liter mStallion gasoline engine producing 170 PS. The latter will be a tested 2.2-liter mHawk mill, which will produce 130 PS on lower versions and 170 PS on higher models. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic. AWD with 4-Xplor system is available in selected models.
