The front panel of the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport sold for an absurd $ 400,000

We know that Bugatti is very expensive to buy and maintain, but the internet surprises us with an independent list of OEM parts for Chiron. The most ridiculous example we’ve seen so far is the previous set in the picture from the Chiron Super Sport 300+, which costs $ 399,999.

The set includes the front wings, which connect the bulk of the bumper, bonnet and lower part of the bumper. They are made of carbon fiber and unpainted, so you can easily identify them with your car. According to the label under the case panels with the Bugatti logo, the panels are made in Austria, the release date is September 2020.

It is impossible to pay about half a million dollars for four body panels, as there are many supercars in this price range, including Ferrari 296 GTB, McLaren Artura and Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica. However, you can get an exclusive hypercar when dealing with limited production features.

Parts are compatible with the Chiron Super Sport 300+, which was released in 30 units, and the similar but more fashionable Chiron Super Sport, which was released in 60 units a year later. Both versions cost about $ 3.9 million and have a design that differs from the usual Chiron and Chiron Pur Sport, with larger inlets and circular fans in the enclosure.

Our colleagues Supercar block found listing on Section 4 U.S. Website, along with other OEM parts for your supercar. In the Bugatti section, we found a lot of parts for the Chiron, including a $ 100,000 right front cover, a $ 50,000 front bonnet, a $ 79,000 bumper bottom and a $ 50,000 rear diffuser. The cheapest part of the Chiron is a stand-alone grille, which costs 15 thousand dollars, and the same money can get you a rear spoiler (only the wing without an active mechanism). Remember, we recently wrote about the Chiron roof panel, which is listed for 55 thousand dollars.

All of this inventory means that we can start dismantling the Bugatti, but we are confident that the total cost will be much higher than buying from the Molheim plant.
