The 2023 Nissan X-Trail was released with an old 2.5-liter quad
The fourth generation Nissan X-Trail is approaching its Australian launch and its full specifications have recently been published.
The new X-Trail is based on the Nissan CMF-C platform, and under the hood is a 2.5-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder gasoline engine with 135 kW (181 hp) and 245 Nm (181 pound-feet). It is mated to an engine like the Mitsubishi Outlander and a CVT transmission. Interestingly, this is a three-cylinder engine with a more powerful and more efficient 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, released in November 2021 from the American company Rogue.

Four different versions of the X-Trail are available. At the base of the range is the ST. It is equipped with standard 17-inch wheels, LED headlights and taillights, roof rails, rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, lane hold assist, blind spot control, reverse traffic alarm, road sign recognition, forward and reverse autonomous control. emergency braking by identifying pedestrians and cyclists.
One step in the range takes buyers to the X-Trail ST-L. The two best models are the Ti and the Ti-L.
