Hyundai continues to unveil the upcoming Ioniq 6 electric sedan by releasing a concept sketch of the car.
South Korean automaker Ioniq 6 has made it clear that it will be very similar to the Prophecy concept introduced in March 2020. This sketch confirms that this is indeed the case, as the Ioniq 6 profile looks virtually identical to the concept. .

The key elements of the EV design seen in this teaser include the car’s curved layout and its large wheels. We also see that it has a large duck-shaped rear lip spoiler that resembles a Prophecy concept spoiler. The rear hood of a production car looks similar to the concept.
Other key exterior design details of the Ioniq 6 will include pixel-style headlights and taillights similar to the Ioniq 5 and the new Staria.
Hyundai has not yet considered the interior of the car, but last year there was a prototype exploration in Korea, which allowed us to see what to expect from the cabin. This prototype is equipped with digital cameras instead of traditional wing mirrors, as well as a pop-up center console that can slide back and forth like the Ioniq 5. The vehicle will also be equipped with a cluster of digital devices and an advanced main display. , and a large information and entertainment system similar to other Hyundai models.
The Ioniq 6 will be based on the E-GMP platform, such as the Ioniq 5, Kia EV6 and Genesis GV60. Hyundai has previously said that it will be offered with a 73 kWh battery pack and two different power units. The first of them was 215 hp. consists of one electric motor and 308 hp in the other. There is a dual engine system. Hyundai is expected to target more than 300 miles (482 km).
