BMW hopes to expand the appeal of the 1-Series and 2-Series Grand Coupe by launching a new Edition ColorVision package for both models.
Currently announced for Europe, but although we see that they are also available in other selected markets, the ColorVision Edition package for the Series 1 and Series 2 Grand Coupe is both based on existing M Sport models and comes with a handful. special changes.
For example, BMW offers eight standard exterior shades or paints ordered through the BMW Individual program, including frozen gray metal. Special edition models are available in one of 50 colors in the BMW M division, including Dakar Yellow, Daytona Violet and Macao Blue.

Elsewhere, both models have a three-section lower air intake on the front apron, as well as a dark diffuser and fresh air vents on the rear aprons. It also features a stunning 18-inch M light alloy wheels with a Y-shaped design. Customers can also order a BMW ColorVision Edition package with the M 50 Jahre logo. The M sports suspension system also reduces ride height by 10 mm (0.39 inches).
Modifications to both models continue in the cabin and include a two-tone Dakota leather finish available in Black / Magma Red and Black / White configurations. The interior also has embroidered “Release” badges and a Light package that combines M leather steering wheel, M stainless steel pedals and floor coverings with ambient lighting and special pipes. BMW has also created exclusive door sills for both models.
All versions of the 1-Series and 2-Series Gran Coupe can be configured with the Edition ColorVision package. The package will be available to European consumers from July 2022, but BMW has not yet confirmed how much the package will cost.
