The Italian hypercar dreams that they can drive the Superpeformante D-One at 300 miles per hour.
Not every day a brand new hypercar is published, and we rarely see one of the works actually created, but a Roman startup called Angelelli Automobili, founded in 2015 by Davide Angeleli, Italy. Leave his dream alive with what they call the Superpeformante D-One.
To be clear from the start, as we can see, the Superpeformante D-One is now a little more than an artist and engineer rendering. The main website of the car is full of pictures and language, but there are no photos or images of specific products, parts or production sites.

Still, it’s interesting to see what one company thinks might be the next great hypercar. What can we say websiteThe D-One has four different finishes that may or may not be available at the moment.
Among them, the lowest declared performance is 1000 hp due to the combination of gasoline and electric motors. (745 kW). The company even thinks it can reach speeds above 300 miles (482 km / h) – a word we’ve heard many times before. On top of the above-mentioned main vehicle there is a D-One Model S with a hybrid unit of 1250 horsepower, similar to the base model.
Both lower rims are designed to use a twin-turbocharged V6 that powers the rear wheels with a pair of electric motors that power the front. Instead of the above two finishes, it uses a 4.8-liter twin-turbo V8 with 1350 horsepower (1006.7 kW). The brand claims that it will fly at a speed of 0-62 miles (100 km / h) in 1.9 seconds.
We would be surprised if this machine will be able to produce it in any form, but such performance will surprise any brand. Such acceleration is currently only available for cars such as the Rimac Nevera and the Tesla Model S Plaid. If you don’t believe in SP Automotive and their chaos, only people like Bugatti Chiron have tested such high speeds.
Despite all the luxuries and circumstances surrounding the Superpeformante D-One, we feel that it will remain as another dream come true that will never see the true path in history. We want to make a mistake, because if you ask us, there are no hypercars in the world more than 300 miles.
