MG Hector commenced sales in India back in 2019 while being the first internet SUV.
The popular MG Hector is celebrating its 5th anniversary in India. To commemorate the occasion, it entered the India Book of Records with a unique achievement. It set the record for the fastest drive from ‘Lowest to Highest Motorable Altitude’. Hector belongs to the premium mid-size SUV segment in our market. To be honest, the bifurcation between segments towards this end of the spectrum is a bit blurry. In any case, its direct rivals include the likes of the Tata Harrier, Mahindra XUV700, Kia Carens and Hyundai Alcazar. For now, let us take a look at the details of its latest accomplishment.
