The 7-seat SUV is slated for launch on September 9 with tons of added equipment and updated aesthetics.
The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar facelift has commenced arriving at the dealerships. Alcazar is the 7-seat iteration based on the successful Creta. The latter recently received an upgrade with new exterior styling and the addition of plenty of the latest tech and convenience amenities. As is the trend, these will even be seen in the Alcazar. The test mule was spotted a few weeks ago but the official images are available on the website. For now, let us take a look at the details of how it looks in real life.
2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift
This latest image appears to be from the dealership stockyard. This is where they park cars prior to taking them to the showroom floors. Also, it is common for carmakers to start shipping new vehicles to the dealers a few days ahead of the official launch. That is exactly what seems to be happening here. At the front, the 2024 Hyundai Alcazar facelift gets the H-shaped LED DRLs along with vertically-stacked LED headlamps on the bumper, a connected LED light bar on the grille and a rugged bumper with a solid skid plate. On the sides, we get to witness the new 18-inch machine-cut alloy wheels and prominent wheel arches. In fact, it resembles the Creta to a large extent. All in all, the new Alcazar will definitely be distinct in comparison to the outgoing model.

Specs
While the exterior and interior bear some key changes, the one area which will most likely remain unaltered is what lies under the hood. I expect the 2024 Hyundai Alcazar facelift to continue with the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine making 160 PS and 253 Nm and a 1.5-litre turbo diesel mill which will churn out a healthy 116 PS and 250 Nm of peak power and torque. These engines will pair with a 6-speed manual, a 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed automatic transmission.
