Jeep Compass, Meridian Get Massive Discounts This August

Commemorating the 78th Independence Day, Jeep India is offering some lucrative discounts on Meridian and Compass, along with special offers on after-sales services

This month, Jeep Compass and Meridian are on sale with discounts of up to Rs 2.5 lakh under the carmaker’s ‘Freedom Benefits’ scheme. The total discount has been calculated on clubbing corporate bonuses, loyalty discounts, and exchange offers. All these offers are available only till August 31st.

Speaking on the ‘Freedom Benefits’, Kumar Priyesh, the brand director for Jeep India said, “As we celebrate India’s 78th Independence Day and Jeep’s 8th anniversary in the country, we are thrilled to provide our customers with more reasons to rejoice. The special offers make two of our most iconic models, known for their exceptional performance, unmatched comfort, and state-of-the-art technology, more accessible than ever. We invite SUV enthusiasts to take advantage of this opportunity to fulfill their aspirations to join the #JeepLife”.

The Jeep Compass is available with a total discount of Rs 2.5 lakh. Prices of this SUV start at Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base Sport MT Diesel variant. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line Model S Opt 4×4 AT is priced at Rs 32.41 lakh (ex-showroom). On the other hand, the Meridian is on sale with discounts of up to Rs 2 lakh. The entry-level Limited Opt Diesel MT starts at Rs 33.77 lakh, while the fully-loaded Overland Diesel AT 4×4 costs Rs 39.83 lakh (ex-showroom). Even the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee are available with special offers under the ongoing scheme.

Jeep Compass and Meridian Specs

The Jeep Compass is powered by a 1.4L 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine that offers 161 bhp of power and 250 Nm of torque. For transmission, it comes with a 7-speed DCT in a 4×2 configuration. A 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine option outputs 168 bhp of power and 350 Nm of torque. It can be paired with a 6-speed MT or a 9-speed TC. Only the 9-speed TC variants get a 4X4 layout option. The Jeep Meridian only comes with a diesel engine option (same as Compass). While you can choose from a 6-speed MT and a 9-speed TC option, only the latter gets 4X4.
